If you haven’t heard of birchbox, it’s a beauty subscription box, it’s £10 plus post and packaging, and you get five sample-size products. The full-size versions in Mays box are £115.85, and the trial sizes I received came to £26.55. Birchboxes are normally little cardboard boxes with pull out drawers, where May’s was a tin, so that made it even more valuable!

Manna Kadar Bloom Masacra in Cool Aqua.
This mascara is jet black, has fine bristles, and a spiral wand. Not only does this mascara look the picture, but it has beeswax to hydrate and is cruelty-free. the full-size 10ml is £23, and the 5ml from the box works out to be £11.50.
Balance Me PHA Clarifying Mist.
This facial mist works as a chemical exfoliator. Chemical exfoliators and antibacterial ingredients in this mist helps to hydrate, mattify, minimise pores and helps calm blemishes. This mist is cruelty-free, has zinc, anatoin, and witch hazel in it. The full-size 30ml is £18, and the 10ml from the box works out to be £6.
Beauty Protector Protect and Detangle.
I really like detangling sprays as I have thick naturally curly hair. This one seals cuticles to smooth and defrizz, plus there is UV protection to help stop coloured hair from fading. The full-size 230ml is £21.50, the 30ml in the box works out to be £2.79.
Human and Kind Body Souffle.
This is a light whipped body moisturiser, with Aloe, Palm, and Coco, which is also cruelty-free. This cream smells so fresh. The full price 200ml is £16.45, the 30ml in the box works out to be £2.46.
Sand and Sky Australian Pink Clay Flash Perfection Exfoliating Treatment.
This is the first Sand and Sky product I’ve tried, and it didn’t let me down. Macadamia and bamboo physically exfoliate the skin, while the pink clay absorbs and refines pores. The full price 96g is £36.90, the 10g in the box works out to be £3.80.
I was really happy with this box, there was only one brand that I had previously tried, plus the tin is really pretty. Have you tried Birchbox before? if so what did you think of your May box, if not, click here for £5 off your first box!
